Detailed brief with side notes

We will provide you with an accurate detailed brief and “side notes” for any issues that you should be aware of even if they are not issues to be raised in the brief.  Each brief is tailored to the individual case. The same pricing applies to hearing level briefs and requests for decision on the record.  Please advise as to whether you want to have Ms. Stone sign the brief as “of counsel” to your firm.  Price committed to remain in effect through April 2024 is $325 for this service. Price is for file that is up to 1500 pages. Requires two week turnaround unless discussed in advance. We reserve the right to add an additional fee to expedite or for files larger than 1500 pages.
